Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using SyncUp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of service

SyncUp is a scheduling coordination tool that helps users find mutual meeting times by comparing calendar availability. The service includes calendar integration, email notifications, and meeting link generation.

Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use SyncUp. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. SyncUp currently operates on an invite-only basis — access is granted through receiving a SyncUp request or through waitlist approval.

Plans and limits

  • Free — Up to 5 active SyncUps, 4 participants per SyncUp, Google Meet
  • Pro ($6/month) — Unlimited SyncUps, up to 10 participants, Zoom support
  • Team ($4/user/month) — Shared availability, team admin, integrations

Plan features and pricing may change with notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any changes take effect.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to send unsolicited or spam meeting requests
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Interfere with the operation of the service
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose

Limitation of liability

SyncUp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed meetings, scheduling errors, or calendar conflicts. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to SyncUp at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for a reasonable period and then deleted.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SyncUp after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
